1. Use of this website
The site is provided for browsing KrumbleTV merchandise and supporting the work. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for resale.
Terms of Service
Placeholder terms. The store is not taking real orders or payments yet, and final terms are published before it does.
These sections outline the terms that will govern use of the KrumbleTV site, merchandise orders and support payments.
2. Merchandise purchases
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when the order is accepted and confirmed. Checkout is currently a demonstration and creates no order.
3. Product information
Product images and descriptions are placeholders while the store is being built. Colours can appear differently between screens and printed garments.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in USD. Shipping and any taxes or import charges are shown separately at checkout once those are connected.
5. Payment
Payment will be taken through a third-party processor at the time of ordering. No payment method is active at present.
6. Shipping
Items are printed to order and shipped by a production partner. No production or delivery times are promised in these terms; confirmed timings are published before launch.
7. Order cancellation
Because items are made individually, cancellation is only possible before production begins. The exact window is confirmed with the fulfilment partner.
8. Returns and refunds
Return eligibility for made-to-order items is not confirmed and no return right is promised here. The final policy will set out exactly what applies.
9. Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@krumbletv.com with your order number and photographs and it will be reviewed. The formal remedy is confirmed with the final policy.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, imagery and design — belongs to KrumbleTV or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. KrumbleTV artwork and characters
KrumbleTV characters, artwork and designs remain the property of KrumbleTV. Buying merchandise gives you the item, not any right to reproduce, resell or commercially use the artwork.
12. Support payments
Support contributions are voluntary payments towards making more KrumbleTV. They are not charitable donations, are not tax-deductible, buy no goods or ownership, and are non-refundable unless required by law.
13. Monthly support
Monthly support, once available, continues until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time. No supporter perks are promised.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, KrumbleTV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as services are connected. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
