When checkout is live, ordering will involve the details needed to make and deliver an order: name, email and delivery address, plus the items ordered. Nothing is collected for browsing.

If you email us, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to answer it and to handle anything related to your order.
3. Shipping information
Delivery details will be shared with the production and delivery partners that fulfil the order. The named partners are listed here once fulfilment is connected.
4. Payment processing
Card details will be handled entirely by a third-party payment processor and will not reach KrumbleTV. No payment processor is connected at present.
5. Support payments
For one-time or monthly support, the amount, the payment reference and the email tied to the payment will be recorded. Private messages sent with a contribution are never published.
6. Website analytics
No analytics or advertising tools are active on this site. If any are added, they are named here with their purpose before they go live.
7. Cookies and local storage
The site does not use advertising cookies. It does use your browser's own storage for the features below.
8. Wishlist and cart storage
Your cart, wishlist and browsing preferences are saved in your own browser so they survive a refresh. They stay on your device and are not sent anywhere. Clearing site data removes them.
9. Third-party service providers
Services such as payment processing, database hosting, fulfilment and measurement may be used in future. None are connected yet, and each will be named here, with what it receives, before launch.
10. Data retention
Order and support records will be kept for as long as accounting and fulfilment obligations require, then deleted. Exact periods are confirmed with the final policy.
11. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion once there is no longer a legal reason to keep it.
