How KrumbleTV and the services it uses handle your information when you shop for merch or support KrumbleTV.
2. Merch orders — Fourthwall
Merch checkout, payment, production and delivery are handled by Fourthwall. When you check out, the details you enter (name, email, address, payment) go directly to Fourthwall and are governed by its privacy policy. This site passes Fourthwall only the items in your cart.
3. Support payments — Stripe
One-time and monthly support are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach KrumbleTV. We keep the amount, frequency, payment reference, your email and, if you give them, your name and private message. Private messages are never published.
4. Website hosting and database
The site is hosted with Lovable, and support records and site settings are stored in a secured database that only KrumbleTV admins can access.
5. Browser storage
Your cart reference, wishlist and shop filters are saved in your own browser so they survive a refresh. Clearing site data removes them.
6. Analytics
If analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel are switched on, they measure visits and shopping actions like viewing a product or adding to cart. Private support messages are never sent to them.
7. Contact
If you email us, we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to answer it.
8. Data retention
Support records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
9. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where there is no legal reason to keep it.
